Check Facebook for your name or similar names in the same industry.
Check TESS (trademark search engine) for your name. **Please note: As of June 2016, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) does not guarantee the accuracy of their database. The only true way to know if someone is using the name you use or would like to use in your business is approach a trademark attorney to do a name search.**
